TESTIMONIALS

Sheila H. - Corona
Their Painting quality is fantastic; I never thought my offices could look this good. I used to be completely ashamed of office reception & lunch room area now I can’t wait to show them off. They were quick and polite with their painting, never in the way, and completely affordable. I’ll certainly be returning for more offices to be painted.)

Exterior Wrought Iron/Fencing

Perimeter wrought Iron Fence Paint

Here at MHP Commercial wrought iron painting we understand that you may not need the complete exterior of your building painted at the moment but painting the fencing is good for maintenance and keeps the building looking attractive.

Painting a wrought iron fence rejuvenates the color and protects the metal. The traditional wrought iron fence color is black, but other custom colors are custom matched.

Wrought iron is typically painted in either semi-gloss or gloss sheen.

MHP Commercial uses a premium plus alkyd emulsion enamel, which is uniquely formulated for a wide variety of surfaces and conditions.

It has strong corrosion resistant properties making it an excellent choice as a rust preventative coating on metals. Alkyd Emulsion can be used as a DTM on properly prepared surfaces. In addition, it has excellent resistance to abrasion, moisture and chemical fumes.

Surfaces to be painted are wire-brushed to remove loose material, then lightly sanded to remove surface oxidation and to “create a profile” for improved adhesion of the top-coat

If there is a heavy accumulation of mud or other debris adhering to the fence then we would power wash.

Minor rust is spot-primed using a rust-inhibiting primer

More severe rust may require pre-treatment with phosphoric acid based “rust converters” and/or a full coat of primer.
