Sheila H. - Corona
Their Painting quality is fantastic; I never thought my offices could look this good. I used to be completely ashamed of office reception & lunch room area now I can’t wait to show them off. They were quick and polite with their painting, never in the way, and completely affordable. I’ll certainly be returning for more offices to be painted.)

Using the right product

Bollard safety post & barrier rail painting

MHP Commercial Painting uses a premium plus alkyd emulsion enamel, which is uniquely formulated for a wide variety of surfaces and conditions.

It has strong corrosion resistant properties making it an excellent choice as a rust preventative coating on metals. Alkyd Emulsion can be used as a DTM on properly prepared surfaces. In addition, it has excellent resistance to abrasion, moisture and chemical fumes.

Surfaces to be painted are wire-brushed to remove loose material, then lightly sanded to remove surface oxidation and to “create a profile” for improved adhesion of the top-coat.
